Position: Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, you will own and execute the Lead Wrench sales process, strategic partnership efforts and help package Lead Wrench services into marketable products. Company Partners and Customers will know you, trust you and rely on your expertise to help grow their lead generation businesses with Lead Wrench. You will be reporting to and working alongside the COO to further define your role and help expand business operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sell SaaS lead distribution platform and other company services with monthly subscription fees ranging from $500-$3000.
- Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities
- Build, document and refine sales processes and procedures.
- Reach out to existing prospects via telephone, email and instant messenger.
- Identify and target other industries and verticals where our technology can provide value.
- Establish relationships with prospects through ongoing communication (nurturing) and help establish Lead Wrench as the thought leader/advisor in their lead generation vertical.
- Create and maintain accounts in Highrise (CRM System) and log and track all activity.
- Design, develop and coordinate prospect nurturing strategies like email drip marketing, webinars, social media and blog posts.
- Travel 10% for occasional tradshows.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- 2+ years sales experience of SaaS products, online affiliate marketing or lead generation products and services./li>
- Experience with communicating the value proposition of technology solutions, and ongoing relationship building with individuals at junior, middle, and upper management positions.
- Successful experience implementing and managing process workflows.
- Product oriented, with strong troubleshooting skills plus proven ability to define problems and solve operational challenges.
- You have a good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Highly organized and strong time management skills.
This position pays a competitive base salary + commission.
Work remote, or from our Tampa, FL office.
