All Service purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted, and Lead Wrench will not refund any fees, or portions thereof, remitted in connection with any Services under any conditions whatsoever, including upon our termination of the Terms of Service or your User account. Under no circumstances whatsoever will we permit exceptions to this policy.
